This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a successful conveyancing team., Role Overview: As a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal, you will work one-on-one with a fee earner, providing essential support in managing a wide range of conveyancing transactions. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, newbuilds, and transfers of equity. You will be involved in the process from inception to completion, ensuring that all tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of experience in a conveyancing assistant or paralegal role, with hands-on experience in the areas mentioned above. For candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience who can confidently manage these tasks independently, the upper end of the salary bracket may be offered.

Salary: £23,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and proficiency in the role.
