Key Responsibilities of a Conveyancing Legal Executive
You will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- General residential property advice
You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and colleagues to ensure transactions progress efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
