Red Recruitment is hiring a Social Media Executive for our client based in Bristol, who specialise in mobility solutions. This is a varied role where you'll get the opportunity to lead and be the face of the creative social for a leading brand. You'll get inside the minds of our customers, understand their needs, and champion the difference our products can make.
Benefits and Package for a Social Media Executive:
- Salary: Β£25,000 - Β£30,000
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in Bristol office)

Key Responsibilities of a Social Media Executive:
- Content Creation: Film design, write, and craft creative and engaging social media content to connect with our audience. Getting in front of the camera to talk about our products and lifestyle topics relevant to our audience.
- Social Media: Support social media planning, copywriting, scheduling, and design. Present periodic reports on KPIs, performance, and insights to refine future content.
- Trends: Keep up to date with market shifts, competitor activity, and social trends.
- Community & Engagement: Monitor and engage with our social audiences. Work with customer service to address queries where needed. Start conversations and put the 'social' in social media.
- Social Committee: Work with our social committee to spot content opportunities for internal events.
- Email building: Building emails in our CMS and scheduling them for our audience, spotting social content opportunities from our email comms.
- Proofing: Use your eye for detail to occasionally proof print assets before release.
Key Skills and Responsibilities of a Social Media Executive:
- (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Experience creating video content for social media audiences.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
- Confident creating video content around products, benefits, and lifestyle topics.
- Ability to manage spreadsheets and understand basic quantitative data for reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, professional, and detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling.
- Proactive and ambitious, able to manage time and react to business needs.
