Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Development Representative to join our client, an innovative IT marketing services agency. We want enthusiastic, talented, determined and vibrant people to join their growing call centre team in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

- High-volume outbound calling and email outreach
- Qualifying sales opportunities with IT decision-makers
- Managing CRM records and campaign activity
- Supporting client campaigns and industry events
- Writing clear, accurate opportunity reports
- Engaging in ongoing training and development
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Organised, detail-focused, xgikmsk and coachable
- Interest in technology and sales (preferred but not essential)
