Red Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for our client where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in the financial services industry.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with any queries they have and ensuring you remain compliant with FCA guidelines.
- Salary: £13.35 per hour
- Hours: Mon-Sun Shifts Between 7am - 11pm
- Location: Glasgow
- Potential to go remote after 3 months
- Handling inbound calls across a range of products
- Putting customers first and using sound judgement to find the best solutions
- Owning queries from start to finish
- Spotting opportunities to improve how they work
- Collaborating with the wider Customer Services team
- Providing information in line with FCA regulations
- A customer-first mindset and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Office
- Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a xgikmsk financially regulated environment desirable
