You'll be handling warm, inbound and outbound calls providing an excellent customer service whilst identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell tariffs, packages and products. With a

Connect with existing and prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls. Introduce customers to essential utility products that can genuinely benefit them. Build rapport, understand customer needs, and recommend the right solutions. Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism. Achieve exciting sales targets and enjoy the rewards that come with success. Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call.
A confident and enthusiastic communicator. A positive, target-driven attitude. Resilience and determination to succeed. Good computer skills and the ability to multitask. Previous sales experience is an advantage - but not essential. Full training is provided for the right person.
