We are currently recruiting a Setter to join a well-established manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with excellent attention to detail and experience working to tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using jigs and hand tools to return castings to original measurements
- Working accurately from engineering drawings
- Measuring components using precision measuring equipment
- Ensuring all work meets aerospace quality standards
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and technical drawings
- Previous aerospace or manufacturing experience preferred
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 7:00am - 1:30pm
Pay Rate:
From Β£12.36 per hour, with potential for progression.
