Job Description: Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire Pay Rate: £14.50 £15.50 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm (40 hours per week) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Overtime: Available We are currently recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing manufacturing company based in Bromsgrove for experienced Fibreglass Laminators to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced GRP professional looking for a stable, permanent position with a growing business. The Role As a Fibreglass Laminator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality GRP/fibreglass components using established manufacturing processes. Brush gel coating Wet hand layup laminating Working with GRP/fibreglass materials Preparing moulds and materials Ensuring finished products meet required quality standards Following health and safety procedures Maintaining a clean and safe working environment About You The successful candidate will have: At least 2 years' experience in fibreglass laminating Proven experience within the GRP/fibreglass industry Hands-on experience with brush gel coating Experience using the wet hand layup process Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work A reliable and hardworking attitude The ability to work effectively as part of a team What's on Offer £14.50 £15.50 per hour Full-time, permanent employment Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm Overtime opportunities Flexitime may be available Company pension On-site parking Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company If you are an experienced Fibreglass Laminator with GRP industry experience and are looking for your next permanent opportunity in Bromsgrove, we'd love to hear from you.
