We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. The role involves maintaining outdoor areas to a high standard, ensuring green spaces are tidy, safe, and well presented. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Grass cutting using ride-on and pedestrian lawn mowers
- Strimming and edging around pathways, fences, and landscaped areas
- Maintaining flower beds, borders, and planted areas
- Clearing leaves, litter, and debris from grounds and outdoor spaces
Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar outdoor work is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions is essential. A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
