Red Recruitment are working with a Redditch based client who are on the lookout for Bench joiners to join them on a Temp to permanent basis.

Details

  • Temp-to-perm
  • 07:00-17:30 - Monday to Friday
  • Hourly rate between £15.00 - £17.00 per hour DOE

Duties

  • Fabricate bespoke wooden components according to detailed specifications and drawings
  • Assemble joinery elements using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment
  • Operate a variety of hand tools such as chisels, saws, planes, and screwdrivers safely and efficiently
  • Utilise carpentry skills to construct frames, furniture, or fixtures as required
  • Install joinery products on-site or within workshop settings with precision
  • Perform heavy lifting of materials and finished components safely to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in joinery
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialised woodworking equipment, including having your own tools
