Our client, a leading grower, importer, and packer of fresh salad crops supplying wholesalers, processors, and retailers, is looking for a Quality Controller Operative to join their team based in Hampton Lucy. What We're Looking For:

  • Good understanding of English (essential)
  • Computer literate and confident using QC/dispatch software
  • A strong team player with great attention to detail
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in food production is desirable; full training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Experience with powered pedestrian trucks is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out quality intake checks and assign scores
  • Complete secondary product, packaging, and label checks
  • Conduct positive release assessments
  • Monitor stock quality to ensure customer standards are met
  • Maintain accurate QC records and documentation
  • Support internal audits and staff training
  • Follow company health & safety policies at all times
