Responsibilities
Commonly working as part of a wider relocation team within a vendor this individual will be responsible for dealing directly with the assignee and their family guiding them through the relocation process.
They will be helping with:
- Settling in Services
- HHG Shipments
- General Movement of the Individual and their Family
They may also help arrange housing and schooling and any language services required for the family to integrate into their new environment.
Should the assignee have any issues with the relocation the consultant tends to be the first point of contact.
They will also assist with any issues relating to Visa’s by normally partnering with a specific immigration provider or working with a team based in-house.
