Red Recruitment are recruiting multiple Chipper operatives for our locally based client for the upcoming season. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining high-standard outdoor spaces.
Start Date: 1st June 2026
Pay: £15.75 per hour
The Role:
- Covering various sites across Redditch and surrounding areas.
- Chipping cut branches.
- Some general grounds maintenance including strimming, weeding, and leaf clearance.
- Ensuring all green waste is disposed of and sites are left tidy.
- Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines, including nesting.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence is advantageous.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weathers.
- NPTC Level 2 (desirable).
Applicants are subject to drug and alcohol tests before and during the assignment.
