We are seeking Recycling Operatives to join our environmentally conscious client's team in Corby. The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting, processing, and managing recyclable materials in a safe and efficient manner.
Duties:
- Sort and separate various types of recyclables such as plastics, cardboard, and paper according to company protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the recycling area to promote a safe working environment.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and safety standards.
Experience:
- Previous experience in waste management or recycling operations is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- A proactive attitude towards safety procedures and environmental responsibility is highly valued.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07.30am-16.30pm
