Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hand Finisher to join our client's team in Corby.
The ideal candidate will need to have strong attention to detail and experience working with small hand tools in a warehouse environment.
As a Finisher, you will be responsible for finishing products to meet quality standards, ensuring that every item is completed to perfection.
Responsibilities : Utilize hand tools provided to effectively finish products.
Inspect finished items for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency in the finishing department.
Requirements Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
