Job Type: Temporary / Temp-to-Permanent Job Description Red Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client, based in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to join a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day production activities, ensuring products are manufactured, handled and prepared to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assisting with general production and manufacturing duties.
Handling materials and components throughout the production process.
Loading and unloading materials or products as required.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Keeping the production area clean, tidy and organised.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
The Ideal Candidate Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.
A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
