We are currently recruiting for an experienced Shunter Driver to join a busy logistics operation. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent hours and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely shunting trailers around the yard
- Ensuring vehicles are positioned correctly for loading and unloading
- Coordinating with the transport and warehouse teams
- Completing basic vehicle safety checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Previous shunting experience or yard driving experience
- Valid C1 licence (Shunter/yard tug experience is highly desirable)
- Ability and willingness to work a rotating shift pattern: Week 1: 06:00-14:00, Week 2: 14:00-22:00, Week 3: 22:00-06:00, then repeat.
- Good communication and strong safety awareness
