Material Controller Assistant to join our client's team.
This is a varied role combining office-based administration with hands-on warehouse duties, making it ideal for someone with previous experience in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities Assisting with the control and management of stock and materials.
Updating stock records and maintaining accurate documentation.
Using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) for daily administration.
Supporting goods in/out processes and stock movements.
Picking, packing and handling materials as required.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure materials are available when needed.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Requirements Previous experience in a Material Controller, Stock Controller, Stores Assistant or similar role.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with manual handling, including lifting items up to approximately
20kg . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role within a supportive team, where no two days are the same.
