Red Recruitment Group urgently require an experienced van driver for a temporary to permanent position in the Bar Hill area of Cambridge. The position is working for a very busy automotive distribution company that are seeking to recruit a temp to permanent member of staff with immediate effect.
The main requirements of the roles are:
- Delivery driving using a Mercedes Long Wheel based 3.5T Van
- Full UK Drivers licence - ideally clean with no previous convictions, and over the age of 25 for insurance purposes
- Quality inspection
- Manual handling
- Following specific product identification codes
- Any other general delivery driver related duties as required
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 plus every other Saturday 08:00 - 13:00.
£12.71 per hour. Overtime when permanent paid at time and a quarter after 45 hours per week. £ per year basic plus overtime OTE £32k+.
Weekly paid for temp to perm, monthly paid when permanent with client. Immediate interviews are available with the positions to start ASAP.
