400 residential properties . Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Operative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a role with
plenty of regular work , offering a varied workload across a large residential property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
General property repairs and maintenance Basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating Repair and replace fixtures and fittings Respond to maintenance requests Carry out property inspections and repairs Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and landlords
About You
Previous experience in property maintenance or a handyman role Strong all-round maintenance skills Able to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK Driving Licence Have your own van and tools
Basic electrical maintenance experience would be advantageous.
