Machine Operator
to join an established manufacturing client based in
Redditch . This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position within a busy production environment, with training provided to become fully competent operating the machinery independently. Key Responsibilities: Operating production machinery safely and efficiently. Completing light assembly of components. Carrying out quality checks on finished products. Following production processes and meeting targets. Reporting any faults or quality issues. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Following all Health & Safety procedures. Working Hours: Rotating shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 14:00 – 22:00 22:00 – 06:00 Monday to Friday Requirements: Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous. Machine operating experience preferred but not essential. Good attention to detail. Reliable and hardworking. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Able to work as part of a team. Willingness to work rotating shifts. Pay: £12.71 per hour initially Pay will increase once fully trained and competent to operate the machines independently.
