The Head of Assignment Services will normally have oversight of the entire global mobility function and all staff within the teams globally. They will be responsible and accountable for the operational aspects of the mobility programme and its effectiveness across the business. They may be responsible for selecting vendors for the business and be involved in potential negotiations. They will also have overall responsibility for the mobility policy across the company and assess if it is effective in its current form.
These titles will also encompass management of the wider team, ensuring the mobility teams are functioning, and they may also handle high-level escalations. They may also have responsibility for Reward and International Tax functions in relation to Mobility.
