We are currently recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing manufacturing company based in Bromsgrove for experienced Fibreglass Laminators to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced GRP professional looking for a stable, permanent position with a growing business.
The Role
- As a Fibreglass Laminator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality GRP/fibreglass components using established manufacturing processes.
- Your duties will include:
- Brush gel coating
- Wet hand layup laminating
- Working with GRP/fibreglass materials
- Preparing moulds and materials
- Ensuring finished products meet required quality standards
- Following health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
About You
- The successful candidate will have:
- At least 2 years' experience in fibreglass laminating
- Proven experience within the GRP/fibreglass industry
- Hands-on experience with brush gel coating
- Experience using the wet hand layup process
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
