MHE Driver / Machine Operator Nights (Temp to Perm) in Corby

We are recruiting for anMHE Driver / Machine Operatorto join a busy production environment on atemp-to-permbasis.

Start date:January 2026

Shift Pattern:

• Training:Day shift (Monday Friday) during the first week
• Permanent Shift:Night shift,22:00 06:00, Monday Friday

Pay Rates:

• Day shift (training week):£15.14 per hour
• Night shift (permanent):£15.62 per hour

Duties:

• Operating MHE and production machinery safely
• Monitoring machines and reporting faults
• Supporting production targets and quality standards
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as anMHE Driver and/or Machine Operator
• Experience in aproduction or manufacturing environment
• Willingness to train on days before moving to permanent nights
• Good attention to detail and reliability
