MHE Driver / Machine Operator Nights (Temp to Perm) in Corby

Job description: We are recruiting for an MHE Driver / Machine Operator to join a busy production environment on a temp-to-perm basis. Start date: January 2026 Shift Pattern: Training: Day shift (Monday Friday) during the first week Permanent Shift: Night shift, 22:00 06:00 , Monday Friday Pay Rates: Day shift (training week): £15.14 per hour Night shift (permanent): £15.62 per hour Duties: Operating MHE and production machinery safely Monitoring machines and reporting faults Supporting production targets and quality standards Following all health and safety procedures Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Requirements: Previous experience as an MHE Driver and/or Machine Operator Experience in a production or manufacturing environment Willingness to train on days before moving to permanent nights Good attention to detail and reliability Whats on Offer: Monday to Friday shifts (no weekends) Pay increase once moved onto night shift Temp-to-perm opportunity Long-term, stable work If youre looking for a night shift role starting in January and have relevant experience, apply now.
