We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Previous recruitment sales and business development experience is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys winning new business, building long-term client relationships, and delivering results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business and grow existing client accounts.
* Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement.
* Source, interview, and place candidates into temporary and permanent roles.
* Advertise vacancies, build talent pipelines, and ensure compliance.
* Achieve sales and recruitment targets while delivering excellent customer service.
* Participate in the out-of-hours/on-call rota.
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in sales and business development.
* Confident generating new business and managing client relationships.
* Target-driven, organised, and self-motivated.
* Strong communication and IT skills.
* Full UK driving licence essential (own vehicle desirable).
