Red Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Property Management company looking after a portfolio of approximately 400 residential properties. Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Operative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role with plenty of regular work, offering a varied workload across a large residential property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating
- Repair and replace fixtures and fittings
- Respond to maintenance requests
- Carry out property inspections and repairs
- Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and landlords
About You
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a handyman role
- Strong all-round maintenance skills
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Basic electrical maintenance experience would be advantageous.
