Our client based in Peterborough are a fast-growing group of fashion companies with a 10-year track record and an established online retail presence. Their business continues to scale year on year, and 2026 marks an exciting next phase as we expand into online live-selling and new B2C opportunities.

They are now looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to head up our B2C operations and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.

The Role

This is a senior, hands-on role heading up their online store and building a team to launch live-commerce operations. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the business while also building and launching an entirely new live-selling arm from the ground up.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing online retail operations, including stock uploads, product launches, buying, and merchandising
  • Managing and developing marketing activity to drive growth
  • Taking ownership of operational processes and performance, and delivering agreed revenue targets
  • Launching and scaling a new online live-selling channel
  • Recruiting, building, and managing a live-selling team
  • Developing strategy, structure, and workflows for this new business segment
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to drive commercial growth

About You
