This is a hands-on role responsible for transport planning, driver supervision, delivery coordination and fleet compliance. You will work closely with drivers, warehouse teams, Sales and other departments to ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities * Plan and coordinate company transport and external carriers. * Supervise drivers and support warehouse operations. * Monitor delivery performance and achieve 95% OTIF. * Ensure compliance with drivers hours, transport legislation and company procedures. * Oversee vehicle maintenance and fleet availability. * Maintain transport records and produce KPI reports. * Support and maintain FORS Silver accreditation. * Investigate vehicle incidents and service failures. * Promote a safe working environment and ensure drivers and vehicles remain compliant.
