Red Recruitment are looking for an organised and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our clients Technical Operations team. This role involves managing customer enquiries, updating systems, coordinating with carriers and warehouses, and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Process orders and maintain accurate system records
- Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Track jobs and provide progress updates
- Handle invoice queries, complaints, and operational issues
- Ensure accurate filing and completion of documentation
Requirements
- Previous customer service and administration experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good IT skills including MS Office and spreadsheets
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Transport or freight industry knowledge is an advantage
Working Hours & Benefits
- Wednesday – Friday, 07:00am – 15:30pm (including a 30-minute unpaid break)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata)
