About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Packer / FLT / Combi Lift Driver to join a busy and growing company in Corby. This is a hands-on role combining packing duties, forklift operation, and safe movement of products throughout the production and warehouse areas. The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Operating FLT and Combi Lift trucks safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading materials and finished products
- Moving stock between production and warehouse areas
- Ensuring products are packed to customer specifications
- Maintaining accurate stock and warehouse records where required
- Supporting production teams to meet daily targets
- Following all health & safety procedures and company standards
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
Requirements
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance preferred)
- Previous Combi Lift driving experience preferred
- Experience within manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety
- Flexible and dependable approach to work
