The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing independent hospitality business seeking an experienced Chef / Kitchen Lead to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and passionate chef looking to take ownership within a busy kitchen environment and play a key role in the continued growth of the business. The successful candidate will be confident running service, maintaining high standards, and working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

Working Pattern

  • Guaranteed working days: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
  • Weekend work required on a rota basis (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Full-Time, permanent position

  • Has previous experience working in a busy commercial kitchen.
  • Can confidently run kitchen service and work independently when required.
  • Is organised, reliable, and able to perform under pressure.
