HGV Class 1 Driver - The role & responsibilities:
- Driving a Class 1 vehicle
- Trunking (depot to depot), normally 1 – 3 movements.
- Standard route paperwork
- Pre & post route vehicle checks
- Theory and Drug and Alcohol
About you:
- Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience in commercial driving.
- UK DCPC card
- Valid Digi-tacho card.
- Up to 3 points on your licence.
- No DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.
- Good knowledge of the Working Time Directive and be able to manage your hours accordingly.
