CNC Lathe Operators & Setter Operators are required for a leading precision engineering manufacturer in Brierley Hill.
Role:
- Operating and setting CNC lathes and/or Vertical Machining Centres
- Working from engineering drawings and specifications
- Making machine adjustments and offset changes
- Inspecting components to ensure quality standards are achieved
- Maintaining productivity and accuracy within a busy manufacturing environment
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday – 14:00 – 00:00 (23:30 on Thursday)
Pay rate:
- Rate dependant on proven ability between £14.77 and £18.68 per hour (including shift allowance)
Ideal Applicants:
- Previous CNC Lathe or VMC experience
- Confident reading engineering drawings
- Experience using measuring equipment and carrying out inspections
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
