Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's busy customer contact team on a temporary basis. You will support customers across telephone, email, live chat and social media, answering a wide variety of queries relating to products, orders and installations. You will take ownership of each enquiry, working to resolve questions and complaints effectively while delivering a positive customer experience.

Package for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Salary: £12.74-£13.46 per hour, depending on experience
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. Saturdays are worked on a rota, with a day off during the week
  • Contract: Temporary
  • Location: Bath, hybrid

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Responding to customer enquiries through telephone, email, live chat and social media
  • Providing accurate information about products, orders and installations
  • Taking ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution
  • Handling complaints professionally and working towards first-contact resolution
  • Contacting customers to arrange installations, explain the process and answer questions
  • Listening carefully to customers and identifying the most appropriate solution
