Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee and manage our clients project over the next 6 months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to supervise staff effectively, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality. Duties * Supervise daily operations and manage a team of workers to ensure project goals are met. * Coordinate tasks and allocate resources effectively among team members. * Monitor work progress and provide guidance to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Conduct regular inspections of work site to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. * Facilitate communication between management and team members to address any issues or concerns promptly. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site. * Train new employees on safety practices, equipment usage, and job responsibilities. Requirements * Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or manufacturing industry is preferred. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear instruction and reporting. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry is essential. * Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * A valid driver’s licence may be required depending on job site locations.
