Due to a period of growth, we are looking to add a second Permanent Recruitment Consultant to our team, based in our Head Office in Lincoln. This is a hot desk with roles and clients on with opportunity to fill roles and earn bonus from day one. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, deliver class leading customer services and complement the operational team we already have. You may already have a specialism which you would like to continue or have an area you which to fully develop and have the backing to be successful in that field. Red Recruitment 24/7 are a family-owned independent recruitment business, supplying temporary and permanent labour solutions since 2006. With a firm base in Lincolnshire, we supply permanent labour to clients across the country with several Nationwide contracts. Key Role Accountability: · Full candidate attraction, sourcing the right candidates for clients through advertising, social media and networking. · Business Development with new and existing clients. We love to get out and visit clients to support them now and for future roles. · Providing the highest level of service to candidates and client. · Upkeep of our CRM system with relevant information and up to date knowledge on clients and candidates. · Writing job adverts, interviewing, short listing, preparation of CV’s and management of interview process with clients. · Have a voice with our sales and marketing team to help guide future campaigns. · Offering advice and positively impacting lives. About You: We are seeking individuals who have a successful track record in the recruitment industry or have proven transferable skills from a service/sales industry. The position comes with uncapped commission, but hard work and dedication will be required. Bringing a consistent and positive attitude to the company, able to build meaningful and long-lasting relationships at all levels. Must be able to work under pressure and target driven to help achieve both individual and company goals. We work Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 with an additional holiday allowance gained after 1 years’ service. There are multiple bonus schemes (uncapped commission) to enable you to be successful and enhance your earnings.
