Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Machine Minder to join a fast-paced food production site based in Caistor. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and great staff benefits β ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Main Responsibilities

Start-up, changeover and shutdown of machinery
*
First-line troubleshooting and basic maintenance
*
Supporting production line efficiency
*
Logging and reporting live data
*
Maintaining stock levels and hygiene standards
*
Assisting with production tasks when required
