Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive sales by identifying opportunities within the existing customer base using order history, sales reports, and customer segmentation data.
- Conduct regular outbound sales calls to lapsed or low-spend customers with tailored product suggestions, promotional offers, or account support.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with trade customers (merchants, showrooms, installers) to encourage repeat business and increase order value.
