Role Overview: We are searching for a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our Education division at our Lincoln Head Office. This is a unique start-up opportunity within a trusted recruitment firm, perfect for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant or a Recruitment Manager with an interest in Primary, Secondary, and SEN education recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants, guiding them to achieve revenue targets.
- Implement and execute a strategic sales approach focused on building strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Education sector.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality teachers and support staff to schools, maintaining exceptional client and candidate care.
- Conduct daily management, training, and regular performance evaluations of your team using KPI metrics.
- Build and develop a robust candidate database, actively sourcing and matching talent to suitable schools.
- Oversee compliance and vetting processes, with support from the company’s compliance manager.
- Engage in regular face-to-face school visits, registration of teachers, and organize educational events and activities to foster community engagement.
