You will be the bridge between care excellence and clinician empowerment. Please note, to be considered for this position you must hold a UK driving licence. Benefits of a Care Coordinator: Salary: Β£25,000-Β£28,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week Shifts: Mon-Fri from 8am-8pm (after induction), these will either be 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 or 12-8. There is also an expectation to do on call out of hours on evenings and weekends.
