Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Our client, a successful and well-established manufacturing business, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Operations Manager to join their leadership team. This role forms part of a planned succession strategy, providing a clear pathway to Board-level progression within the next 2-3 years. Working closely alongside the current Operations Manager, the successful candidate will gain an in-depth understanding of the business before assuming full operational responsibility upon their retirement.
