Red Recruitment group urgently require an experienced professional night shift van driver for an immediately available temporary to permanent position in Govan, Glasgow.

This particular opportunity is for branch expansion within a small team operation of a National company that is growing at a rapid rate.

Manual handling items of multiple shapes and sizes, up to 40kg in weight is involved in all aspects of delivery driving duties.

The vehicle you will be driving is a long wheel based Mercedes Sprinter so candidates ideally would have 2 years plus previous experience in driving this size of vehicle.

You will be required to be aged 25 as a minimumand hold a full clean manual drivers licence for insurance purposes.

Basic Hours of work are 17:00 - 03:00Monday to Friday. (Overtime is regular on a daily basis) One hours break is deducted per day. £12.71 per hour / £29'740 basic plus overtime at time and a quarter when permanent On target earnings will exceed £34'500 per year with overtime.

Weekly paid for the temp to permanent period then monthly paid thereafter with the company.

On site interviews are to be conducted immediately, with the position available to start as soon possible.
