What you’ll do:

  • Manage import and export movements from planning to completion

  • Maintain accurate shipping paperwork and schedules
  • Support planning and problem‑solving across projects

What you need:

  • Experience in fine art shipping, logistics or transport
  • Import/export or airfreight knowledge preferred
  • Strong client‑facing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Driving licence beneficial but not essential
