Red Recruitment is recruiting a commercially driven Telesales Executive to join a growing business in Cardiff city centre. This is a consultative B2B sales role where you will use company-provided data to connect with decision-makers, understand their needs and manage opportunities from the initial conversation through to close. You will be joining a supportive sales environment that rewards quality conversations, effective pipeline management and strong commercial results.
Benefits and Package for a Telesales Executive:
- Salary: £28,000 per annum plus performance-related commission
- OTE: Around £40,000 for top performers
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Flexible working hours between 6.00am and 8.00pm, with no core hours
