Red Recruitment is hiring a HR Business Partner for our client, to support the delivery of a high-quality, people-focused HR service across the business. You will play a key role in advising managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters, helping to build a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. This is a busy and varied opportunity for someone with solid generalist HR experience, strong employee relations knowledge, and a good understanding of UK employment law. You will work closely with the HR Manager and wider HR team, using sound judgement, initiative, and data to support managers and contribute to continuous improvement across the people function. Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR generalist role is required for this position.
