We are currently working with a family run business who specialise in international removals. They are currently seeking a Removals Account Manager for their team based in Surrey.
As Removals Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for your clients and required to provide a first-class customer service.
A typical day will involve liaising with overseas partners, quoting new enquiries and updating existing enquiries as well as scheduling in-home or virtual surveys and handing over booked moves.
Removals Account Manager duties include
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Liaising with overseas partners - rate requests.
- Quoting all new online enquiries and updating existing enquiries.
- Schedule in-home or virtual surveys as needed to facilitate accurate move planning and cost estimations.
- Acting as the main point of contact for your individual clients.
- Following up on quoted moves, based on move date, using different platforms to reach clients.
- Keeping up to date regarding customs requirements.
- Handing over booked moves.
We're keen to speak to customer service professionals, who have excellent social, literacy and numeracy skills, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and get on well with clients, colleagues and third-party partners alike.
Experience from the Removals industry would be considered an advantage, although the candidates with a strong background in customer service is the main requirement.
This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5pm.
In return, the successful Removals Account Manager will be offered salary in the region of £26,000 + commission.
