On behalf of our leading specialist relocations client, we are looking to appoint a dynamic, commercially minded sales professional to lead the department focusing on development, growth, profitability and continued evolution. This is a rare and exciting opportunity, combining strategy, innovation, technology, commercial development and service delivery. The successful candidate will be accountable for revenue growth, margin quality, profitability and long-term value creation.
What you'll do:
- Help shape how the service evolves across asset intelligence, workplace insight, occupancy data, ESG reporting, reuse, resale, refurbishment, remanufacturing, smart monitoring and wider lifecycle workplace solutions.
- Identify and win new business across corporate spaces, maintaining direct involvement in strategic account activity, selling consultatively to Stakeholders, Procurement, Sustainability, Finance, HR and senior leadership teams.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline, lead meetings, create tailored proposals, coordinate and progress opportunities from first conversation through to close.
