An excellent opportunity has become available for a Customs Compliance Administrator to join a growing Customs Compliance Team based in St Albans. This is an ideal role for someone with customs, freight forwarding or logistics experience who enjoys administration, accuracy and working in a fast-paced environment. The Role
Working as part of the Customs Compliance Team, you will support the customs clearance process by preparing accurate documentation and ensuring freight movements remain compliant with UK and European customs regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing and compiling customs documentation for company drivers
- Preparing Goods Movement References (GMRs)
- Creating European Logistics Envelopes
- Completing Safety Security Declarations
- Processing ICS2 declarations
- Preparing IPAFFS documentation
- Creating operational job tickets
