We are working on behalf of our global forwarding and logistics services client, looking to appoint a Logistics Freight Forwarding Executive to cover the night shift, on a 4 on 4 off pattern, working 7pm to 7am, from their Bedfordshire branch.
What you'll do:
- As Logistics Freight Forwarding Executive a typical shift will involve organising import and export movements.
- You'll be liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments, building strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent service, whilst ensuring compliance and maintaining protocols.
Duties include:
- Ensure all Import / Export movements (All Modes of transport) are completed / covered efficiently
- Import / Export Compliance (ASM Import / Export Entries)
- Maintaining Aviation Protocols
- Liaising with Customers
- Manage and prioritise workload
- Manage group inbox and reply in a timely and professional manner
