About the Role: Our client is looking for an experienced Air Export Operator to join their busy freight forwarding team based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Air Export experience who is available to start quickly and is looking for a role that could become permanent.
What you'll do: Working within a fast-paced office environment, you will be responsible for managing air export shipments from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and shipments are moved efficiently whilst delivering excellent customer service.
- Manage air export shipments from booking through to final departure.
- Prepare and process all Air Export documentation.
- Complete export customs entries using CDS.
- Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, customers and transport providers.
- Arrange collections and coordinate shipments.
- Track and monitor consignments, providing regular customer updates.
- Ensure all files are completed accurately.
